Product Description
ARC PLAST is A Polycarboxylates Ether Liquid Based Admixture With High Performance Superplasticizer For Concrete Witch is very Effective in Producing Concrete With Different Levels of Workability for Applications Such as Pumping and Flatwork.
Dosage
Optimal Quality With ARC PLAST Dosage is Achieved by Performing Onsite Trails. Generally, The Dosage is Set to Be Around 0.8 To 1% by Weight of Cement or Binder Materials.
Uses
ARC PLAST is Used in Ready Mix Concrete Where Long Hauls Are Taken in Between Casting The Concrete. Also Where 10 to 20% Water Reduction, Enhanced Finishing and Free Flow of Concrete are Needed.
Consequences of over Dosage
ARC PLAST Will you Desired Workability and a Slight Overdosing will not Effect the Overall Concrete Strength and Can Achieve Higher Strengths than normal Concrete, Given that it is Properly Cured and Concrete with Reduced Workability and Delayed Setting time.

Packaging
ARC PLAST is not Harmful or Hazardous to Deal with However, it Should Not be Swallowed or Allowed to come into Contact with the Eyes. Suitable Protective Gloves and Goggles should be worn. Splashes on the Skin Should be Removed with Water. In Case of Contact with the Eyes, it Should be Rinsed Immediately with Plenty of Water and Advice Sought Immediately.
Direction for Use
ARC PLAST is a Ready-To-Use Liquid Which Should be Added While Mixing the last Portion of Water In Concrete to make Sure Even Dispersion of The Admixture in Order to Achieve Maximum Free Flow of Concrete and to Prevent The Admixture from Being Absorbed by Dry Aggregate
